Annabel’s POV:
Have you ever woken up with the biggest smile on your face after realizing what happened the night before? The thought of that in your mind makes you probably the happiest person in the world. At least that's what I would think. Waking up in the warm embrace of Nickoli had to be the best way to wake up. Even though it happened all the time, today was a lot different.
I propped myself up on my elbow and looked at Nickoli. He looked so peaceful and adorable. How did I get so lucky? He was everything I ever wanted and more. I ran my hands through his hair that fell in front of his face. I heard Nickoli groan from underneath me and I pulled my hand back. His eyes slowly opened and connected with mine.
