“Look who’s back?” Rida smirked as she leaned on her door, holding an apple. She was about to step into her room when she heard Samantha’s door open. Samantha was heading to the kitchen to grab something to eat. Waking up without Killan beside her made her feel lonely, and eating could somehow ease it.
“Good evening.”
“You too. Anyway, you and Killan…”
Samantha chuckled. “We’re okay now. We already talked about us.”
“Girl, I know you are. Otherwise, you wouldn’t have stayed with him for a few days.” Rida teased with friendly sarcasm.
“Yeah… you’re right.” Samantha smiled before going to the kitchen, but Rida followed her. Both of them sat at the table after grabbing some fruit.
“He better treat you well. Or else I won’t hesitate to knee one of his best assets.”
