Chapter Thirteen When Sunna returned, she was carrying Darna’s pack and a long, hooded cloak. They said nothing until they passed through the side house and were out on the streets again. “Thorat’s making arrangements for the journey,” she said. “I was wondering, though; how did you cross the mountains? Surely, you weren’t alone.” Darna shook her head. “I rode horseback.
