Atlas “ATLAS!” My mate’s desperate cry was the last thing I heard before I slipped into total darkness. I don’t know how long I lingered in the nothing, but I was awakened by a familiar voice I hadn’t heard in thirteen years. “Get up, Atlas,” A gruff male voice says to me. I see no one, only darkness. “If you ever wish to see your mate and children, you must get up.” I open my eyes and am momentarily blinded by white light. Then a face comes into focus. He resembles me, only less muscular and a few inches shorter. “Dad?” I say to him. “Yes, not get your giant ass off the ground. You have to find your way out of here to see your family again,” My father explains. I slowly sit up and look around.
