He walked in and leaned against the big dresser as his eyes were focused on me. I couldn’t tell if the look in his eyes was madness or sadness, or maybe even a mix of the two. But his playful side, which I love so much, was hidden, far away. He sighed as he took off his shirt. “We’re going back home in the morning. I just booked two tickets.” I rolled my eyes in defeat.
