The little boy was so adorable thought Cody, eying him as he fairly followed him, little legs scrambling to keep up as they entered the hospital and flagged down Dr Rinaldi who instantly waved them into a spare room and followed them inside.
"Hello Cody, who do we have here" he said as Liam looked at him wide eyed, grabbing Cody's hand who was surprised but didn't show it, liking that the boy trusted him this much already. He was clearly concerned about his mother who Cody had placed on the hospital bed, completely unresponsive as the Dr checked her vital signs and then poked his head out to summon a passing nurse who instantly complied and came in as well.
'I need you to get some bags of saline, she's severely hydrated" the Dr instructed and the nurse nodded and hurried off, footsteps
