Awkward – something strange or unusual.
That is the perfect word to describe my situation right now. The tension was so thick you would have to cut through it with a butcher knife. Why you ask? Well, Noah and I were seated at our usual spot at lunch when suddenly Angelo showed up with Hawk in tow. I looked at the questioningly when he sat down and just started eating like this is something we do everyday. Noah and I exchanged confused looks and I shrugged.
“So did you guys watch Jersey Shore yesterday?” Angelo asked looking at us.
“No” I said slowly. Why is he here? Not that I mind but this is too awkward.
