Damien was acting wierd. All week, he'd been with Tanner more and more. That wasn't the part though. The wierd part was they didn't invite Megan and I to hang with them. Damien had been as loving as ever, but he'd become distant too. Several times, I'd asked him if he was okay, but he shrugged it off, telling me he was fine.
I didn't believe him though. I know that sounds bad, but I couldn't shake the feeling he was hiding something from me. Ever since we got back from the restaurant that night, he'd been worried, angry, and stressed. His behavior reminded me of when we were going through the bullshit with Jason.
Part of me wondered if I was the reason for his change. I couldn't pinpoint an exact moment where I did something wrong. I wanted to ask him, but I was afraid to.
