"How do you think he will react once he knows who you really are?" Casey asked me after I finally settled down.
"I have no idea." I shook my head. "I'm definitely going to be in some trouble, at the very least for not telling him as soon as I arrived, or any moment since."
"Perhaps once the initial shock wears off he will be more receptive to what you have to say," Casey sighed. He even knew that Max wasn't going to react well.
"I can only hope so."
Suddenly, the door flung open, Max was standing there looking delicious as ever. Not to mention scary as ever.
"Oh good, you are up." He said in an odd tone. "Casey would you please give us a minute?" He said, his eyes glued to me.
"Yep! Bye!" He said, running out of there like the place was on fire.
