The traffic on the way to Heathrow was horrible. It had been diverted due to a motor vehicle accident on the main route, which caused congestion on the secondary routes to the airport. I had texted Jose to let him know we might be a few minutes late in picking them up. I felt a sense of relief when he texted back to let me know the Graystone jet had landed only fifteen minutes ago and the customs official was just now allowing them to exit the plane.
