Greg and Henry came with me to the estate. I showed them around as I checked to make sure everything was ready for Leah's brothers and their families. Greg whistled at the size of the house and I must say, it was a similar to my reaction the first time Enoch had invited me over.
The property had been in the Fellows' family for at least three hundred years. They had been a large, prominent family who built their over many generations. Enoch's branch of the family began to dwindle in size during the late eighteen hundreds, with the last three generations producing only one child per generation. Enoch's wife died in childbirth, the child died within minutes of birth. He never got over her death, never remarried, never had a child to continue the family line.
