Jessica POV The sounds of metal clanking woke me. Still groggy, I turned to the notice to see that a cleaner had dropped something and was picking it up and cleaning the mess she had made. Hospital? The smell should have told me that; it is a smell of its own, one that can't be mimicked. Even the sounds are unique. I think a food service trolley was rolling down the hallway.
