Our first stop was down to the security room. He needed top clearance, and I wanted my head team to meet him and get to know him.
"Caroline." Caroline turned to look at me, and I nodded to my office, where I called some of my team.

"Mr Andrews. Your plus one at the gala." Caroline interrupted me and then proceeded to give a bio about him.
"Thank you, Caroline, although you missed a part, he is my biological father." The shocked faces said it all; we had kept this quiet.
