“When are you going to settle down and give me a grandchild?” His mom asked Coen, who looked like a pro holding his daughter. His mother’s question had his brother shaking his head feverishly.
“That’s gonna be a no from me Mom. You’ll have better luck getting a grandkid outta Adi.” Coen countered which caused Rowen to snort. A year ago he probably would have said the same thing. A lot can change when you find the right girl. A little over a year ago he was a single player who slept around.
“Adira isn’t going to be stupid enough to get caught up in something as trivial as that. She knows better. She won’t be a disappointment.” Dean directed the words at Adira but the message was clearly for Rowen and maybe even his brother too.
“She’s only seventeen, give her a chance dad,” Rowen said
