“You’re right.” Peter stands tall and adjusts his jacket, “we have. We are about to confess something to you, something that under no circumstances can leave this room. Can you promise us that?” I look around at all the other faces in this room, particularly at Noah and Jace. They're imploring me to promise. I didn’t want to. It's not that I wanted to betray them, but how could I know what I was signing up for? However, if I didn’t promise, then i would remain left in the dark and I don’t want that. Besides, I trusted my mates. “You have my word. Anything that we discuss in here will not leave this room.” I concede.
