To get through my own things, I would always tell myself it eventually has to end. Make it through the first five seconds and then you’ll be fine. This got me through speeches for class president or even the one I spoke after being selected as valedictorian. It helped me through stepping into the lair of the alpha when Levi held the title and even helped me deal with the heartbreak that was Sawyer and Gage.
