Alex got up and excused himself, leaving with a smiling Mermaid on his arm. Pearl winked at Wenammy and whispered, “He won’t have a chance against her. He will try to resist her, but Anika will get him in bed. What about us? Shall we leave, or do you want to stay for a little while longer?”
“I want to go to the bedroom with you, but I think I ate too much. Can we stay for a while and then go for a walk in the garden? I won’t be able to do a thing in the bedroom, stuffed as I am!”
