"Elene, you are here—" Warm lips pressed against her temple as hot breath burned her chin and neck. "Thank you—" Someone's fingers brushed through her hair, causing her to open her eyes. "Ivar?" The Princess was lost for words as she met her friend's gaze, deep and dark. So different to what she was used to. There was something unreadable in his expression, and Elene did not want to find out what it was.
