As usual, I attended my lectures and submitted my reports to the professors before walking out of the lecture hall. My eyes landed on a very familiar guy when I stepped out of the hall and I immediately quickened my pace so I could talk with him. Lewis also started to walk quickly with me, easily keeping up the pace.
"Eric!" I called and he automatically turned around, searching for the person who had called his name. When his eyes landed on me, he rolled his eyes and turned back in front, resuming his steps.
I started to jog towards him, determined to make up with him today. From the corners of my eyes, I saw Lewis glance at me worriedly but he didn't say anything, "Eric, please talk to me" I begged, grabbing his arm when I reached him.
