Luca sighed. They'd made it back to the castle but it had taken days, days of hearing constant complaints, whinging and downright obnoxious attitudes from his old pack. Julian had remained patient and Luca was envious and rather impressed that he'd kept his calm for so long. Even Luca had struggled not to lose his temper and lash out, that's how frustrated he'd gotten and even Julian had been surprised by his mate being that angry.
