Jemma's POV
'IAIN!' I cried as Leonora and I charged towards him just as he was about to fall. Claws dug into the ground as the I leaped forward just barely catching his leg in my jaws. We pulled him back from the cliff as he struggled to get free from my jaws.
"Let me go," He yelled and turned his grief-stricken blue eyes on me.
'No, I am never letting you go,' I cried through our link as I dropped him from my jaws and shifted back into human form. I grabbed him in my arms. "What the hell, Iain?"
He started sobbing and we fell to the ground. I just held him as he let it all out. "She rejected me," He cried as I rocked him. Neither of us cared that we were both naked. It wasn't the first time we had ever seen each other naked. "She rejected me," He kept repeating.
