Arax was only gone for a couple of hours. It was surprisingly easy to get information from most of the humans. They hadn't even had to torture them. Most of them hadn't wanted to be there but had been forced. They had all had similar stories. Being imprisoned for several months while a family member, usually a female, where given to Anders' guards as a play thing. Anders had told the men that if they went through with this attach their family member would be released.
Just thinking about it turned his stomach. He couldn't even blame them for doing it. They had no options and their loved ones were going through hell. Put in their situation he couldn't say he wouldn't have done the same. Had it been Gracie, Arax knew he would have burned the realm down to free her.
