I sighed deep, lying in bed with Lana still wrapped in my arms. I felt serene, peaceful, and loved. There was simply nowhere else I would have rather been, than right there with her. We were both naked and wrapped up in each other. Just enjoying each other’s company. Just being together.
*Beta, I have news, can you come down to my office?* Alpha Ash came into my head. And I sighed, knowing that our time, for now, was up.
*Just me, or Lana as well?* I linked him back, leaning in and placing a kiss on her forehead, which made her smile.
