“Ada—“ Avid barged into the room, despite the protest of the management of the Spa.
“I am fine, Avid,” Ada said to appease him. She lost the color on her face when she realized the liquid content of the bottle and the danger when that liquid landed on her body.
“That’s acid,” he confirmed the terror in everyone’s mind.
Inside the room, the people gasped. The scenario flashed a horrific scene in their minds. Someone would like to hurt the lady, and that liquid was intended to be poured on her body.
If ever poured on the skin, an acid could damage the skin, even the bones, to an irreparable state.
“Why was it here? Who placed it here?” Avid roared in rage. He accusingly looked at the staff of the spa and its manager.
