“Are you prepared for this?” Marguerite questioned Serena as the car stalled outside of the gate of this damned studio. Serena paused before giving an answer as she couldn’t help but think how starry eyed she had been upon her first time on the grounds of this establishment. She could still feel that innocent girl she once was, now as smoke, lingering around her. It was almost as if she was on the edge of her own fingertips-so close to being that girl again, but knowing she never could be.
“More than I have ever been for anything else.” She finally answered as Marguerite nodded before calling out Serena’s name as she attempted to slide from the car.
