Jovian's POV:
"Are you sure you are alright?" I asked her as she pulled away from the kiss, the pain was evident in her facial expression as she pulled away from the kiss.
"I'll be fine," She told me as her hand went to her lower abdomen again and the feeling of heat arose from her hand as she soothed the pain she was feeling.
"Maybe something more happened when the Enchantress tried taking your essence than we thought," I mentioned to her.
"Stealing one's essence doesn't cause permanent damage," She snapped under her breath as she pulled away from me and slid herself back onto the bed.
"Then why is it you are still in pain more than 24 hours after the event?" I asked her only for her to give me a look of irritation.
"Shouldn't everything be healed and replenished by now?" I continue
