"Am I the only one who feels this is a bad idea!" Jovian shouted in the direction of Keyara and Azariah the following evening while I strung a few small gems on a string to wear around my neck in hopes of getting a small boost in power without the demon knowing that I had them on.
I also had a string of them around one of my ankles as well. The clothing I was wearing will hide them well. I was wearing a sleeveless shirt, but the neck of it went about an inch up my neck. It was very loose-fitting on my neck, which gave it a soft look. The style of pants I was wearing was pretty snug on my body and allowed me to stuff the bottom of them into my boots that went halfway up my calf. This should keep them secure and out of sight from the demon.
