As I started to head back to my room, which wasn't the same room as the one Claudia and Bella were staying in because Claudia and I didn't think it would be a good idea for Azariah to know we were together at least, not yet. I caught the scent of Bella and it wasn't mixed in with Claudia's. That could only mean one thing, she was wandering this house alone! Sure, I know just about all the vampires here and can confirm that they are at least one thousand years old or older, but that doesn't mean they wouldn't find her and take a bite. They just may not kill her. After all, King Azariah only said they wouldn't kill her.
