She’d enjoyed nearly a year of being left alone by Franco, and could move about the pack without him coming to order out of her the truth, because he didn’t want to know when his demise was going to happen. She’d also not had to worry about seeing Lauchlan. He was out of the pack five days a week and the two days he was inside it, was spent with Tyler. He had no time for anyone else.
It was typical Mate behavior for pairs that were apart, though she had noted that Tyler held no interest in going to stay with him out there at that apartment in Syracuse, she just stayed here inside the pack and waited for him to come home.
