He and Caleb waited in that office for those four wolves to turn up. Three of them looked at each other, and he knew that look. They were all realising why they were brought into this room. He watched Beta Arthur walk into the office and close the door before going to walk across the room, heading for his father, to stand next to him, as was his position in the pack.
Lauchlan put a hand on him and stopped him. “Uh, uh, you go over there with them. You’re here to be questioned by me, not to stand as the pack’s future Beta. I do not care about what rank any of you are right at this moment in time.” He stated, “You’re all under investigation right now.”
