He sent Dawson and Marshell off to find accommodation for them all in the city of Nightingale, the moment they walked in through the walls of the city. It wasn’t like they could book ahead from the human realm. It would be nice to be able to do that, but it wasn’t possible. The only time pre-organized accommodation was made was for the Annual alpha meeting for the king.
They’d entered the city via the south gate, and he needed to get to the military enlistment center. It was, he knew, on the North Western side of the city. He also knew it was going to be a long walk from here to there. This city was ever expanding as more people came to live here.
He and Caleb made their way along the central road that lead to the castle and then turned off that, to follow the first inner wall
