*Selene*
I groaned as I turned over. My backaches and my eyes felt heavy. Moving my arms around, I notice I’m all alone. What time of the day was it?
Feeling disoriented, I try to sit up but wince. My lower body part ached awfully. Giving up, I laid back down. I needed rest without anyone disturbing me. But as that thought makes way, I heard someone open the doors. I pretended to be asleep. Feeling the bed lowered, I stayed with my eyes close.
“Selene?” I heard Allerick whisper. I smiled and opened my eye.
“Yes?” I said, smiling.
“Are you awake?” Allerick asked, “I thought you would be sleeping.”
“Well, yes and no,” I said, sitting up but once again groaning in pain. Why did my body ache so much?
“What do you mean, and are you alright? I think I was too rough,” Allerick stated.
