I pushed on both concrete doors as the elders that sat in the temple stood in surprise. They all bow their heads, but they don’t utter a word. My face gave me away. I was in no mood, and more important things were pressing on my mind.
I rushed up the stairs and towards the room that is private and only accessible to Alphas. The archive temple. The guards that stood guard gave a firm Alpha and nodded my way. I ignored them as well and kept walking until I was finally in the place.
