Two days from today is the day of our graduation and I honestly cannot wait for it. All of us have worked extremely hard for it and we deserve everything. We have all passed with really great results and it will be the start of our university life.
"Sweetheart, there's some letters for you", Mom calls out for me and I immediately dash down the stairs.
"I didn't open them", she says and hands me the letters. I look at the addresses and they are from the universities that I applied for. I sit on the couch, my hands shaking like crazy. Mom, too, takes a seat beside me and gives me an encouraging smile and I release a shaky breath and tear open the envelope which has my future in it.
