Jo-anne POV
Meeting Luci for the first time, she could tell the woman was part witch, right away. Although it did appear she was strong, Jo-anne didn't sense any real use of her magic. Though from what she could sense out of that woman’s power, from that one handshake, nearly made her sigh out loud. She’d felt that power before, it was very distinctive to her.
She could also tell right away that this woman also knew what she was as well. They too felt Jo-anne’s own power. Witches always recognised other witches. There was no family bond between her and Luci, but that power, it was the same as none other than Hendrick and his sisters.
She really focused upon it, for that brief moment. But was unable to determine if it was Hendrick or the man's sisters that were related to Luci herself. L
