Gina's Point Of View
My eyes stayed glued to him as he came closer. Those pair of green eyes. I could recognize them anywhere.
"Your highness."
His voice held the familiar calmness it had that night. He raised his head and flashed me a smile. I could only watch him in utmost surprise.
"Are you okay, your highness?"
It's definitely him!
"Z... Zeke?" I managed to say. He tilted his head sideways. "That's my name."
"D.. don't you know me?" I ask, taking a step closer. He glanced at the stable boy and gestured for him to leave. He turned his eyes back to my face and replied, "of course, I do. You're the Queen of Kintlon, my brother's wife. My sister-in-law."
I raised my brow. Doesn't he remember that night? I searched his eyes for answers but they held nothing I could decipher.
