"I'm sorry, guys. I have somewhere to get to ASAP." Ezekiel said as he came rushing in.
"You leaving already?" Jesse asks, displeased.
"Mhm. I'm sorry. I'll drop by later, okay?" He turned to me. "Bye, Annabelle."
"Bye. Be careful."
"I will."
He waved us goodbye and picked up his car keys. I watched as he left. I turned to Jesse, who had a sad pout on. I burst into laughter at the sight.
"What?"
I tried to talk but the laugh was overwhelming.
"Why...why are you laughing?" He asks in embarrassment. I waved my hand apologetically. "I'm sorry, I'm sorry. You just had an adorable pout on now. That's the first time I'm seeing you pout so I couldn't control myself."
