I cleaned her tears with my palm. "It's okay, stop crying," I said, smiling to assure her that I wasn't mad at her.
She nodded and sniffled. "You...you knew?" She asked in a low voice and I nodded.
"Why...why didn't you say anything?" She asks, fiddling with her fingers. I held her hand and said, "I didn't want to rush you. I actually suspected that you'd figured out that you're not my sister but I chose not to pester you. I figured you'd be confused and need time to gather yourself."
She nodded. "Yeah. And... and I thought you'd hate me and leave me."
I shook my head. "Why would I do that? I can't do that. Instead, we'll find Gina together."
She grinned ear to ear and she swung her feet. "Aren't you gonna ask me what exactly I remember?"
