TWO DAYS LATER
"Gina, come on. You've been in there for ten minutes."
"Hold on. I'm almost done."
Gina emerged from the door, meeting Cassy's tired face.
"Were you giving birth in there?" Cassy asked in sarcasm as she took Gina's hand.
"I was changing my pad. For some reason, my flow is really heavy today. This is the second pad I'm using and it's only 11a.m. I put one on around 7 this morning."
"Are you sure we can go out? If you wanna stay back, I'll stay with you. I don't feel like going to that park anyway."
Gina laughed jestingly, "You've been wanting to go to Wonderworld for a long time. I mean...it is number one on the top ten places you want to visit."
Cassy nervously chuckled. "True but I can forfeit that if you wanna stay back."
"Don't worry. I'm fine. I wanna go there too."
Cassy breathed out in relief, "thank God."
"Let's go."

When the best friends got to the park, they went on almost every ride. No, Cassy pulled Gina to almost every ride. Gina felt sick more than three times. The fourth time, she went to the bathroom to cool off. It was as if her stomach constituents were being mixed together.
"Gosh, that girl doesn't know when to stop."
She washed her face with water and when she was alright, she exited. She met a huge man by the door. She greeted politely and made to leave but the man pulled her back. Before she could say anything, the man hit her by the neck and she lost consciousness.
Cassy on the other hand was waiting for Gina by the cotton candy stand. Twenty minutes passed and she began to get worried. She threw her cotton candy and rushed to the bathroom. She met nothing but Gina's bracelet on the ground. She checked all of the toilets but she couldn't find Gina. She instantly panicked. She took out her phone and dialed Gina's number. It was switched off. She began to tremble in fear.
She dashed out of the bathroom to look for Gina outside. She wasn't there either. She quickly called Mrs Clinton.
"Ma'am, I can't find Gina anywhere!"
"What? What do you mean?"
"She...she went to the bathroom and I went to check her there but I...I can't find her. I don't know what to do. I...I think something happened to her. I...
"Hey hey, calm down Cassy. Slow down. I can't hear you. You said Gina is what?"
"She's missing!"
"Missing? What do you mean?"
"I'm confused too, ma'am. She suddenly disappeared. I have no idea where she is!"
Cassy was beginning to cry. She was pacing to and fro, griping her hair in worry.
"You're at Wonderworld, right? I'll be there. I want you to calm down, Cassy. We'll find her, I promise."
"Please, come, quickly!"
"Just calm down."
Cassy put her phone in her bag. She decided to look for Gina around the park again. Little did she know that Gina was halfway through the country.
***
Gina opened her eyes. She couldn't see anything because of the piece of clothing covering her head but she could hear voices.
"Is this her?" A female voice asked. Gina squirmed fearfully on the surface she was on. Her hands and legs were tied and hurting.
"Yes, ma'am. Her name is Gina." A male voice replied
Gina's breathing increased as she heard approaching footsteps. Her heartbeat beat faster and sweats formed on her forehead. The bag on Gina's head got removed and she came face-to-face with an elderly woman. Gina was too scared to speak. She kept trembling in fear, whimpering as she tried her best not to cry.
"You shouldn't have tied her up like this, you're scaring her." The woman scolded the huge man. She turned to Gina with a sweet smile but that didn't ease Gina one bit. It scared her even more.
"I apologize for Randy's rude behavior, dear. My name is Madame Gloria."
Gina remained silent. Madame Gloria helped Gina to untie her hands and legs. "There, more comfortable, isn't it."
"Where...where am I? Who...who are you people?" Gina asked when she finally got her voice.
Madame Gloria smiled, she held Gina's hand tenderly. "Your question should be why are you here." She picked up her phone and showed Gina a picture. She had a striking resemblance to the woman in the picture. The only difference was their hair color and eye color. The woman in the picture was less curvy.
"Who...who is this?"
Madame Gloria furrowed her eyebrows. "You don't know who she is? You don't know Princess Annabelle of Yandon?"
Gina's eyes widened. She has never seen princess Annabelle's picture before. Her face has always been hidden from the media. She wears a veil whenever she's outside so it's just a little number people that really know how she looks like.
"Why...why does she have my face?"
"That's not important. What's important is your role here. You know she's set to get married to Prince Jesse in about three days."
Gina nodded.
"But you see, an unfortunate event came up and now, we have no idea where Princess Annabelle is."
Gina shifted away. She was beginning to realize where this was going. She hoped within herself that it wasn't what she was thinking that Madame Gloria was about to say.
"The wedding must happen and you're gonna make that happen. You're going to be Princess Annabelle, Gina."
"What? No! I don't want this! No, please...let me go. I don't wanna get married to him. I don't want this. Please, let me go." Gina protested, crying profusely as she begged.
Madame's Gloria smile was replaced with an evil glint. She stood upright, looking down at helpless Gina, "what can I do? You don't really have a choice, Gina. You are going to be Princess Annabelle until we find her."
"No! No please...please let me go! I don't want this! Please!"
"Shut her up." Madame Gloria instructed Randy as she exited the room. Randy hit Gina on her neck again, making her faint for the second time.

Two hours later, Gina woke up again. The only thing she could do was to cry. She knew there was no way out. Her mind went to Cassy and her brother. They must be worried sick by now. Cassy is probably crying.
If she can't see them, at least she wants to assure them that she was okay. Who kidnaps a person and force them to marry someone they've never even met? Gina remained curled up on the bed, sobbing silently. She just wants to go home.
The door rattled as someone came in. It was Madame Gloria. Gina didn't bother glancing at her.
"Are you ready to talk now?"
Gina remained silent. Madame Gloria sighed and sat beside her on the bed. "Gina, look at the bright side. You're going to be getting married to Prince Jesse. Shouldn't you see this as a once in a lifetime opportunity? Besides, it's just for a short time."
"I...I want to go home."
Madame Gloria frowned. She gripped Gina by her hair. Gina let out a sharp cry, trying to fight off Gloria's grip on her hair.
"Listen to me and listen good! There's no backing out of this! It's either you agree to this or you pay with your life. Choose and choose quick!" She let go of Gina's hair aggressively, making her hit her head on the bed frame. Gina held her bleeding head, sobbing in helplessness. Why me? She lamented, why do I have to go through this?
About an hour later, they arrived at Yandon. It was when Madame Gloria led Gina out that Gina realized they've been on a ship all the while. A veil was on her face as she was led to a car. She got into the car with Madame Gloria. She hoped to run into someone she knew. She desperately wants to leave the place.
Shortly after, the car got to a stop. Gina looked around, trying to figure out where they were but the veil didn't let her. She was led carefully put of the car, into the house. When they got in, her veil was opened. Gina almost fainted when she got a look around where she was.
"W...where is this?"
"Princess Annabelle's house. Or should I say...your house?"
At first, Gina thought it was a palace. She gawked at the gigantic silver spiral staircase. The place screamed royalty.
"Let's go to Anna's room."
Gina followed timidly behind Madam Gloria as they took the stairs. Madame Gloria inputted some numbers and the door to the room opened.
"This is your room now. I'll lecture you on the things you have to know later but for now, get something straight into your head. You are royalty now. You are Princess Annabelle of Yandon not Gina Silvester. You're royalty, act like one henceforth and on no account should you tell anyone you're just a surrogate. If you do....
Madame Gloria stepped closer, a deadly glare in her eyes. Gina shook in fear as Madame Gloria leaned closer. "I'm gonna kill you. Mark my words. Understood?"
Gina nodded vigorously, bringing smile to Gloria's face. "Good girl. Come, shower first then we get down to business."
Gloria led Gina to the bathroom. She left after explaining to Gina how to do things in the bathroom. The moment Gloria left, Gina crutched down and bursted into tears. Is this it? Is this the end of her life?
