Jenna’s P.O.V. The afternoon sun streamed through the windows, casting a warm glow over my uncle’s bedroom as I sat on the floor surrounded by boxes and crates, sorting through the belongings of my late uncle, Ben. Decluttering had become a necessary and emotional task since he had passed away. Each item held a memory, a piece of the man who had raised me when my mother was no longer around. I rolled over the sleeves of my hoodie, it was actually Adam’s, but ever since he had brought it with him to come and spend the night here, I had basically made it my own. And seeing the look in Adam’s eyes whenever I was wearing his hoodie, honestly wasn’t something I minded that much either. or the speed at which he mostly would rip the hoodie off of me as well… I smiled, taking in a deep breath
