Over the course of the next four months, life at the lodge became something of a routine.
Alpha Trent led training every morning. It consisted of running, obstacle courses, defense training, sparing, tracking. She and Terrence learned things like knot tying, breaking zip ties, stalking silently through the forest, and hiding in plain sight. Everyone was amazed at how fast the two of them were picking things up. They just enjoyed doing it.
Everyone would then shower and have lunch. Terrence would be homeschooled for four hours each day. He was behind as the jackal pack had never cared about whether he went to school or not. They had moved around too much for anyone to notice that he had never attended. He was soaking it up now though. He was like a sponge.
Terrence was getting stronge
