Jack’s POV The sterile white walls of the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) blurred around me as the doctor’s words sank in. Liam needed a bone marrow transplant. Without it, his chances of survival were slim. Samantha sat beside me, clutching my hand tightly, her face pale and drawn.
