I can see the hurt within Gio’s eyes as he stands from the sofa and begins to walk away. Tears are falling freely again now. I could not admit to my brother the feelings I have for his best friend. That makes it all too real. Makes it all too complicated. He will get so angry, and I am scared. I watch as Gio begins to walk away, his shoulders are slumped slightly, telling me how fed up he feels. The look within his eyes was so hard to face… “Livvy, you hurt him then.
