I arrived home to what felt like a very empty and lonely home later that night. Who knew that a change in the dynamic within the relationship between Gio and I would change the way I felt about coming back to where was now my home? I loved it here, there was no denying that, but the thought of being here alone seemed like hell.
But, after spending the rest of the day enjoying time with Sam and J once we had left Noah’s house, and then having food with Summer before heading back, Gio promised me he would be finishing work early on Friday to come over to spend the weekend with me, as he, too, did not like the thought of not being with me.
