"Have you thought about where you would like to go to get married? I was thinking we should head out this weekend and get married the following weekend." I asked as she was standing at the stove cooking dinner.
It's Friday, the first day after she quit her job and we still hadn't really talked about the wedding. If we are going to get this done quickly to help hide her pregnancy for her then we needed to get married really soon. She's almost two weeks along so we can't really wait much longer or people will be able to figure it out that she was pregnant prior to marriage. The way she talks about her mother, I really don't need another reason added for her to want to disown me before I'm in the family.
