I went to school earlier today so that I could avoid bumping into Skylar on the walk to school. If we were to walk together to school, it would just be plain awkward and the air between us would be filled with silence.
She's definitely hiding something. There's no way that she's a normal girl like I thought she was.
Skylar.. She knows something.
"Hey, man. What are you doing at school so early?" Mark asked me when he saw me walk through the school doors alone.
"I just decided to come earlier." I said blankly.
"But don't you usually come with Skylar?" He asked with a raised brow.
"Not today." I snapped as I walked towards my locker.
