The day of Lindsey’s birthday party finally rolled around. Due to the accident and Lindsey’s injures they had postponed the party for two weeks.
The reactions of everyone after the accident had been overwhelming for Lindsey. Surprisingly, since several people had seen her in her lion form, there was no discussion about not accepting her as part of the Pride. No one outside of the inner circle of friends and family knew that she had been human. Katrina was doing more research into the phenomenon. She was hoping to have more answers so that when they went public to the Pride with the truth, she would be able to answer any questions. Lindsey wanted to make sure that if this happened to anyone in the future that they would have enough information not to fear the change that was coming.
