Joel and I have been engaged for only a few days, but it seems like a lifetime we work well together. Joel is excellent with Mila. Whenever I walk into Mila’s room, Joel sits with her, or he takes her down to the stables to see Shadow. Honestly, I think Joel is perfect. He has been working hard and getting ready for the rodeo. We will be leaving anyway to watch our team compete. I wish I could compete, but I have not healed enough yet. I noticed if I do too much or stand for too. Long, my legs still hurt, and I'm looking forward to being able to watch with Joel. He has already gone to the store and brought Mila little cowgirl suits and a hat; then he brought Mila a new stroller just for the rodeos.
