When Kosta asked Joel and me to find the prettiest part of the farm for wedding photos, I was excited. Still, when Kosta asked me to call the catering people and get dresses for Nicolina to try on, I was beside myself. That was the first time Kosta had looked at me without any anger in his eyes. Now I know I will work harder to be Nicolina’s friend and Kosta’s.
After I have called the catering company and gotten some wedding dresses sent out to the ranch, I call the cake makers that live close. I want to make sure Nicolina’s day is perfect.
