Luci nearly slid in the mud outside. When had it started raining? He glanced at the sky in fear. Would there be enough light for Bel? It didn’t matter, he had to try everything he could. Angrily, he forced himself to scramble forward towards the wall again, leaping at the wooden boards that had been screwed to the metal frame of the window.
